Blackmaw Hold

Blackmaw Hold is a new 5-player dungeon in Behind the gate in Azshara for levels 55–60 in WoW Forever. Below is every boss and its loot, with the specs that rank each item in their top two for the slot at level 60.

Not playable in the beta (cap 30); bosses and loot not published by any source as of 2026-10-26. wowsrc.com lists this slot as 'Timbermaw Hold' (Felwood) from a Blizzard press screenshot filename; foreverchanges, wowtbc, Wowhead and Icy Veins all call it Blackmaw Hold, behind the Furbolg Gates in northern Azshara. One entrance to the Barrow Deeps raid runs through it.
